American Monoxide is actually the solo home recordings of Dimitri Manos. He is hard to place in one genre and offers mostly instrumental mixes which range from dance to trash to noise to novelty. “Sciatic Nerve” sticks with you visually as it feels like the alternate universe version to the Beastie’s “Sabotage.” It has a lot going on for only running 1:30 and that’s what makes it fun.
