So I am not quite ready to let go of summer and Chicago punks Knuckle Puck have the perfect song in “Oak Street” to keep the season alive. The band is releasing a 2 song flexi 7″ via Bad Timing Records on September 2, which coincides with their supporting slot on Senses Fail’s Let It Enfold You 10 Year Anniversary Tour which runs September 3 to October 5.
The song is taken from an upcoming EP that will be out later this fall but is a good representation of their sound. I have always been drawn to this type of melodic punk and Knuckle Puck give it their all in “Oak Street.”
It looks like the 7″ flexi is sold out from the site so you might need to catch them on tour to grab one or you can always go with the digital copy. Give summer one more hurrah with Knuckle Puck!
