Today’s Fire Track premiere features Southern California-based indie psych-rock artist Karaboudjan. Karaboudjan is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Billy Kim, who has toured with musician and composer Tycho since 2016. His new single is “SCATTER”, and it is the first track from his upcoming EP due out later this year.
“SCATTER” has a smooth Tame Impala vibe that floats like a dreamy wave as the track is about the journey of discovery and the nostalgia of traveling. The track was self-produced by Karaboudjan, and mixed and mastered by Stefan Mac. Make sure to check out “SCATTER” below and look for more of Karaboudjan later this year!
