Heath Green has stayed under the radar for the last 15 years but with lots of hard work he has built a reputation as one of the finest songwriters and performers around the Birmingham music scene.
Now, the Makeshifters have rounded out his sound with a unique blend of Swampers-tinged R&B and churning Zeppelin/Sabbath riffage— all tied together by Green’s smoky and guttural leave-it-on-the-stage delivery.
Yeah, its good and you can hear it all in the single below. Heath Green and The Makeshifters’ self-titled debut album will be out March 3rd via Alive Naturalsound Records.
