Netherlands-based Mozes and the Firstborn are back with a new single and today’s Friday Fire Track “Hello.” You may remember the band’s excellent Headphone Approved self-titled debut back in 2014 on Burger Records. Since that time, the group has toured with The Growlers, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and together PANGEA to just name a few, while also releasing their sophomore album, Great Pile Of Nothing, in 2016.
Over the past year, Mozes and the Firstborn have been recording new songs for their third full-length album. Today’s track is a preview and the song is about Melle Dielesen’s little sister and getting out of your comfort zone. No release date yet on the LP but “Hello” has some great vibes with its catchy “Hello” chorus and call out “this is a song for Rosalie” before it takes off. I can just hear the Cheap Trick flowing in this one – Enjoy your Friday!
