Ty Segall just keeps on cranking and if you have been following the prolific rocker you already had a heads up that this debut full length from GØGGS was coming. We just didn’t know when. Previously, the trio of Segall, Fuzz bandmate Charles Moothart, and frontman Chris Shaw of Ex-Cult put out a rocking 7″ but now with today’s Friday Fire Track, “Glendale Junkyard,” we get a release date of July 1 for the self-titled full length via In The Red.
The track is pummeling with a killer bass line and Shaw’s post-punk vocals. In fact, the start of this song really builds your anticipation before it takes off into the stratosphere and pushes you to turn up the volume. Of course, the journey wouldn’t be complete without the feedback ending! You can take the ride for yourself below.
