Missouri-based indie-pop trio Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin pays tribute to Branson, MO’s glory days in a new for single, “Nightwater Girlfriend,” taken from their fourth album, Fly By Wire, (TFN Review) available now on Polyvinyl.
Directed by Brook Linder, the band rented a helicopter, filmed at a water park, visited some roadside attractions, and enlisted the help of drummer (real name Bobby Lloyd Hicks) who used to play drums for Jonathan Richman.
Christopher Anthony, a passionate supporter of new music, managed a record store and produced alternative video shows in the '90s. Transitioning into the 2000s, he became a prolific music blogger, chronicling the scene with a positive view. His mission: to discover the latest indie releases and share them with you!
