New Video: The Nightfalls – “Skeleton”
The Nightfalls are back, and they’re sounding sharper than ever. After a bit of a breather since their 2023 debut 45 “Don’t Belong” / “Hook, Line & Sinker”, the London-based crew just dropped a new video for “Skeleton,” and it’s a total gear-shifter. Gritty, groovy, and dripping with vintage cool, the track feels like a late-night soul revival shot through with fuzzed-out rock ‘n’ roll swagger.
Led by the ever-charismatic Paul Orwell (who also produced the track), The Nightfalls have carved out a lane where old-school charm meets modern kick. “Skeleton” captures that perfectly: it struts, it snaps, and it sets the tone for what’s next. The video, directed by Stefan Atkin of Bad Friday Pictures, is all shadowy flair and garage psychedelia—an ideal match for the band’s retro-leaning vibe.
If you’re into the kind of music that sounds like it was recorded in a smoky club sometime between ’66 and last night, this is your jam. Keep your ears perked—more is on the way.
