Suitor – “Factory” [Video]

| |

Cold guitars, hot nerves — Cleveland gloom done right.

Feel It Records is kicking off 2026 strong. Cleveland’s Suitor are back with Saw You Out With The Weeds, dropping March 20, and lead single “Factory” is the perfect first punch.

The album was tracked live in Lawrence, Kansas with Caufield Schnug and Lira Mondal of Sweeping Promises, and you can feel it. Nothing here sounds overworked. The songs move with raw energy — nervy guitar lines, thick bass, and drums that don’t let up. The vocals cut through with hooks that stick even as the music keeps you on edge.

Sonically, Saw You Out With The Weeds lands in a sweet spot. Think the sharp focus of Women, the early churn of Preoccupations, the shadowy drama of Siouxsie and the Banshees — and, in a strange way, a darker mirror of the B-52’s with the party lights off and the heat out. It’s anxious, catchy, and wired straight into the Midwest freeze.

“Factory” is the perfect introduction. It barrels forward like an icy gust, all clipped riffs and forward motion, like something chasing you just past the edge of vision. The video matches the mood perfectly, leaning into movement, tension, and unease without spelling everything out.

After their debut Communion, Suitor reshaped their lineup and their sound, trimming things down and pushing outward at the same time. These songs pull from noise pop, post punk, and indie rock, stacking layers until the whole thing hums and rattles. It’s a compact record, but nothing here feels small.

Saw You Out With The Weeds lands March 20, 2026 on LP and digital via Feel It Records.
