I’m Not Your Man, is the second album from 24-year-old singer/songwriter Marika Hackman and first release with Sub Pop Records. She brings a smart and savvy approach to her music that has the same killer instincts as some other modern artists like Colleen Green or La Sera.
The Friday Fire Track today is “My Lover Cindy” which has a balance that helps make Marika Hackman standout. It is smooth, it rocks things up, it strolls along, and finally features Hackman’s vocal range that shows she has a multitude of sides.
